Concellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy sets out how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work so we can keep our diary running smoothly.

1. Notice Period

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the treatment cost or result in loss of deposit

2. No-Shows

If you fail to attend without notice, the full treatment amount may be charged and deposits are forfeited.

3. Deposits & Prepayments

Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Where the salon cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a new date.

4. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce treatment time to avoid delays for other clients. The full fee will apply.

5. Product Refunds

Retail items can be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened and with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
