These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by SPARK BEAUTY. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Deposits

Appointments can be made online, by phone or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final bill.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are in GBP (£). We accept cash, card and approved online payments. Prices may change without notice; confirmed bookings are honoured

3. Medical Conditions & Patch Tests

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or sensitivities before treatment. Patch tests may be required for certain services (e.g., tinting, lash lift) at least 24–48 hours in advance.

4. Late Arrival

If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client. The full fee will still apply

5. Vouchers & Offers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable. Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

SPARK BEAUTY will not be liable for loss, damage or injury where accurate information has not been disclosed,
or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for negligence causing personal injury where unlawful to exclude.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve promptly.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
